Magnets & Mirrors

The aim at OTA is to assist educators and youth development professionals with ensuring every young person in their care feels known, valued, and connected. In many schools Advisory Groups are formed to meet that mission. The cohesion of these groups, however, is often left to chance, and the time allotted is filled with announcements and homework catch up. To make the most of these advisory moments with students, OTA has created a monthly series called Magnets & Mirrors: Group Activities for Connection and Reflection. Each month we provide an activity idea and instructions, with little to no prep or props.
