"Leadership" Worksheet

At OTA, we define leadership as using information, ideas, skills, and courage to positively influence others by stepping up or stepping back. Step-up leadership means that when you have an idea, a passion, or an opinion, you step up and share it, do it, move it, make it, or model it. Step-back leadership means that when someone else has an idea, passion, or opinion, you use any power you’ve got to make room for that person.
