Parents and guardians are often the primary trusted adults in children’s lives. This course teaches parents how to: 

• Build a strong sense of trust, while establishing healthy boundaries with your children 
• Show up as a trusted adult for your children and other people’s children in an accessible, boundaried and caring way
• Set up spaces to meet the BASICS (universal youth needs), including tools and strategies to use with your children to encourage connection and reflection
• Partner with teams of trusted adults including teachers, extended family members, coaches and others to support your children’s positive growth and development
• Apply the caring modes and comfort zones framework to parenting
